Brisyn Focus is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Important: Free users WITHOUT a Brisyn Pro subscription store all their data exclusively on their device. Brisyn does not have access to this local data.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1 Primary Purposes (Required for service)
- Provide application functionality (timer, tasks, gamification)
- Authenticate your identity and protect your account
- Synchronize data between devices (Pro users only)
- Send local notifications about focus sessions
- Process subscription payments (via Stripe)
3.2 Secondary Purposes (With consent)
- Improve the application through anonymous usage analysis
- Detect and fix technical errors
- Send communications about updates (if you opt-in)
4. Data Transfers to Third Parties
Your personal data may be transferred to the following third parties:

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Cancellation
Request deletion of your personal data from our records.
Opposition
Oppose the processing of your data for specific purposes.
Procedure to Exercise ARCO Rights
To exercise any of your ARCO rights, send a request to:

Your request must include:
- Full name of the data owner
- Email address associated with your account
- Right you wish to exercise (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition)
- Clear description of the data regarding which you seek to exercise your right
- Document proving identity (for account protection)
Response time: Brisyn will respond to your request within 20 business days of receipt. If the request is approved, it will be effective within 15 business days of the response.
6. Security Measures
Brisyn implements the following security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all communications
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 for data stored in the cloud
- Secure authentication: Firebase Authentication with password hashing
- Access control: Only you can access your data through authentication
- Security rules: Firestore Security Rules restrict access by user
Local Storage (Free Users)
If you use the free version without a Pro subscription, your data is stored only on your device using the Hive database. This data:
- Is not transmitted to any server
- Is not accessible to Brisyn
- Persists until you uninstall the application or clear data
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Brisyn Focus website uses minimal cookies necessary for its operation:

The mobile/desktop application does not use cookies. Preferences are stored locally on your device.
